Account Recovery

Data Bind Code Get[edit | edit source]
1st Step: From the Home Page, Press the Menu メニュー Tab
2nd Step: Press the Data データ Binding Button (Red Circle)
3rd Step: Accept that Crystals don't transfer between OS
4th Step: Input the Following in your fields (RED Circle)
- User ID: Acquired by Data Binding
- Password パスワード: Inputted during data binding [Case Requires: Letters and Numbers]
- Press OK, represented by the Green Circle when Complete
Account Recovery with BIND[edit | edit source]
1st Step : Press Support サポット
2nd Step: Press the Data データ Transfer Button
3rd Step: Accept that Crystals don't transfer between OS
4th Step: Input the Following in your fields (RED Circle)
- User ID: Acquired by Data Binding
- Password パスワード: Inputted during data binding
- Press OK, represented by the Green Circle when Complete
Account Recovery without BIND[edit | edit source]
- Press Support (As in the step for Account Recovery with Bind)
- Press お問い合わせ (Contact Us)
- Press the first button and mention you want to recover your game. You may get a reply with the below form:
- User ID of the account you want
- User ID of currently used account
- User name of the Account you want
- Guild Name
- Name of Character and Job used in Main deck
- Character and jobs of other decks
- Name a few items and their numbers you know
- Name as many of the characters you have as you can
- Attach a screenshot of the Receipt Email you received when you bought Magic Stones/Gems for the first time(Remove all personal information from it)
- Name of the last equipment you upgraded
- The last gacha you used and what you got
If your game crashes when you try to send an email from the app, this is a sample email (fill in all needed parts, etc. YOURID):
